Each member of our network will receive a full investment recommendation memo at no cost, for each investment we invite our investor network to participate in.

Unlike a traditional fund, investors in our network are invited to deals on a deal-by-deal basis, each with its own economics and independent potential for return on investment. This a la carte format provides our investors with full control over the deals they choose to participate in, eliminating costly management fees and providing a quicker path to liquidity. Southwest Seed Fund takes a certain percentage of Carry for each deal we're able to target and close within our syndicate network.
